At Lapworks Customer Service is Not A Department … It's An Attitude:

LapWorks is committed to your complete satisfaction; it is our top priority. If you have a problem with a LapWorks product, we will help correct it, replace it or when all else fails help you return it.

Note that Amazon handles our order proccessing, shipping, returns and refunds, but we are happy to provide you with information to help you contact Amazon. Amazon typically treats customers with great care and we trust they will handle any of your concerns quickly and professionally.

We offer free replacement or repair and free shipping of products that fail due to defects in materials or workmanship within the warranty period, which is 6 months unless stated otherwise on the product's page. We offer discounted prices on missing or broken parts when you are outside the warranty period.

We demonstrate our moral character and committment through our actions. We understand that's what we're ultimately know for. If you will trust us once with an order, we know you'll come back again. As the old saying goes, it's earned and we understand that.

International Shipping

We now offer International Shipping of most of our products to many countries, via Amazon.com. The selection of countries is chosen by Amazon.com and we can not make exceptions. The best way to find whether a particular product is available is to add it to cart and check out. Your cart will be sent to Amazon.com to complete your order and you will see if the item is available for your country.

Distribution & Wholesale Inquiries

International shipping is available for resale clients who order in case lots. All International orders must be paid through PayPal or bank wire transfer before the order is shipped. We ship with the U.S. Postal Service, FedEx and UPS and we can also use your shipping account if you prefer. Please contact us at corporate@laptopdesk.net and we will be happy to quote your order for international shipping. Please provide your complete shipping address along with country and postal code. We also need to know which items you would like to order and how many of each. We will get back to you with a price for the complete order and shipping costs. We ship duty updaid, meaning you are responsibile for any local taxes, customs and duties.
