FREE SHIPPING ON ANY ORDER OVER $70.00:

We provide FREE Ground shipping for any order over $70.00 anywhere in the Continental United States. The FREE Ground shipping does not apply to orders being shipped to Alaska, Hawaii or Canada. Any shipping option besides Ground shipping will be at the buyers expense.

SHIPPING METHODS:

For all orders shipped within the Continental U.S., we ship via UPS Ground, 3-Day, Second Day and Overnight. We also ship via the U.S. Postal Service Priority Mail for P.O. Boxes, FPO's and APO's. All Canadian orders are shipped via UPS Ground. All international orders are shipped via Bongo International. For further information, please see "INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS" below.

SHIPMENTS TO CANADA:

Orders to Canada can now be placed on our website for direct shipment. As of June 2009, UPS reduced their brokerage charges to around $10.00 per parcel. There are also duties and taxes that are charged to every order by Canadian authorities. If you have a problem placing your Canadian order online, please call our Customer Service at 1-888-237-3936. REFUNDS, RETURNS, EXCHANGES & CANCELLATIONS:

Our 30 day return policy allows you to return any order for a refund for any reason provided the item is undamaged and returned to us within the 30 days period.

It is our goal to process your return promptly. Upon receipt of your returned package, we will process your credit within 1 to 2 business days.

AN IMPORTANT NOTE:

All products must be returned to us in pristine condition. Please repack the product and all accessories that may have accompanied it in the original product packaging. Please include a short note explaining the reason for returning the order and do include your original order number and/or return authorization number.

A NOTE ABOUT PACKAGE CUSHIONING:

Please do NOT use synthetic foam "peanuts" when packaging a product for return. Foam peanuts are harmful to the environment and do not biodegrade when they end up in a landfill. PLEASE, DON'T USE SYNTHETIC PEANUTS.

RETURNS WITH MISSING ACCESSORIES:

May NOT qualify for credit. Please be sure to return all components when returning any product to us.

UNWANTED MERCHANDISE:

May be returned within 30 days from the date of purchase. Original shipping, handling and return postage charges will not be refunded - only the original purchase price of the product will be refunded.

RETURN SHIPPNG:

Cost is the responsibility of the purchaser for unwanted merchandise.

DEFECTIVE MERCHANDISE:

Will be exchanged for the same or similar products if returned within 30 days from the date of purchase. Refunds will not be issued for defective merchandise. Return shipping and shipping of replacement product will be the responsibility of LapWorks provided the defective item is returned within the first 30 days after purchase.

ORDER CANCELLATION:

Because we make every effort to ship your order as quickly as possible, if you wish to cancel an order you have placed with us, you must call to cancel your order within two (2) hours after having placed your original order.

If you call too late to cancel and the order has already been shipped, you will be responsible for the cost to return the product to us. Your original shipping cost and return shipping will not be refunded.
