Q - CAN I APPLY A DISCOUNT COUPON TO ANY ORDER?

Q - HOW DOES YOUR "FREE SHIPPING OVER $70.00" WORK?
A - We provide FREE Ground shipping for any order over $70.00 anywhere in the Continental United States. When entering your order a "count-down calculator" will pop-up telling you how many dollars you are away from the free shipping. When your order reaches the $70.00 shipping threshold you will be given a coupon code to enter to receive the free shipping. Any other shipping option besides Ground shipping will be at your expense.

A - Most orders are shipped within 24 hours. Transit times do not include weekends or holidays.

A - Yes we do. Orders to Canada can now be placed on our website for direct shipment. As of June 2009, UPS reduced their brokerage charges to around $10.00 per parcel. A - When you placed your order you received a receipt for your purchase. This receipt has instructions on how to check on the status of your order. Retrieve the original message and click on the link to check on your order. It will tell you exactly where your order is along the delivery route.

A - We ship UPS Ground, 3-Day, Second Day and Overnight. We also ship via U.S. Postal Service Priority Mail to P.O. Boxes, FPO's and APO's.
Q - DO YOU MAKE ALL OF THE PRODUCTS YOU SELL?
A - Not all - we make about 60% of the products we sell on our website. We do buy from othe manufacturers but we collaberate with them so their products can meet our rigid quality standsards. Once we are convinced that the product is ready, we introduce it to our customers first and then to the world.
Q - WHAT IS YOUR PRODUCT WARRANTY?
A - All of our products carry a 6 month limited warranty against defects in materials, manufacturing and workmanship. If the product breaks or ceases to function as advertised, simply return it to us at your expense and we will repair or replace the unit at no cost to you. IMPORTANT NOTE:
The Wizard is the only exception to our normal warranty. The Wizard carries a one year R&R Warranty (Repair or Replace) on materials, manufacturing and workmanship. Thereafter, the Wizard has a life-time warranty on hinge joint replacement parts. To order replacement parts, simply email us at customersupport@laptopdesk.net and indicate which hinge joint you need and it will be mailed to you at no charge.
Be advised that if you damage the Wizard through mishandling, misuse or by accident, we will still repair the Wizard for free but the two-way shipping will be at your expense. Just use good common sense when working with your Wizard and you should never have a problem.
