The Pivot iPad Stand is unique and unlike any other iPad Stand because it not only inclines up and down but also pivots left and right and rotates 360 degrees. This means it provides excellent positioning and field of vision whether in portrait or landscape viewing modes.

The Pivot iPad Stand consists of a base, a neck stem and iPad case or frame. The tip of the neck stem and the iPad case are joined by a ball & socket joint that contains the tightening wheel (aka turning wheel). To change the position or angle of the iPad case, simply loosen the turning wheel in a counter clockwise direction, change the angel or orientation and retighten " it"s that simple.

The Pivot elevates the iPad off the surface of the desk or tabletop to improve viewing ergonomics by up to 2-1/2". As can be seen, the Pivot is translucent which gives the impression of taking up less desk space than the 6" by 4" base actually does.

The ball & socket joint that holds the neck stem and case together is accomplished with a steel nut and bolt so that you are not depending on just plastic to give you that safe and secure feeling. The case or frame that grips the iPad in place works in exactly the same manner as any other hard-shell TPU iPad case works. Once in place your iPad is safe and secure regardless of the angle or position it is placed in. The Pivot is made of shatter proof Polycarbonate and high-impact ABS plastic. This means it will give you long life and dependability for as long as you own your iPad.
