The Laptop Desk Original is the predecessor to the Laptop Desk 2.0 and is also considered our strongest unit. It’s so strong that it can support the weight of a 12 lb. bouncing bowling ball. (We know we tested it repeatedly.) It’s not likely you’ll be bouncing your notebook on the 2.0 but if you ever do, at least you know it’ll take the beating. It’s strong because it’s made of Polycarbonate plastic - the strongest natural plastic on the planet. And the heavy duty hinges won’t give even under the weight of a 12 lb. bouncing bowling ball.

The Laptop Desk 1.0 comes in a two tone color combination - black plastic and pewter no–slip rubber. Opened flat the 2.0 measures 20-1/2” long by 11” wide by 3/8” thick. Folded in half the Original measures 11” by 10-5/8” by 5/8” thick and weighs 1 lb 6 oz.

ATTENTION WIRELESS OPTICAL MOUSE USERS:

A wireless optical mouse requires a surface that reflects the optical signal. The black background of the Laptop Desk 2.0 MouzPad does not reflect the signal because it is black. To correct this, simply add a piece of vinyl shelf paper from your local hardware store cut to size.
