Legs Specs

Design
The laptop legs fit all standard notebooks and add very little to the overall weight of the notebook. A pair of the laptop lets weigh just 7 grams or one quarter ounce.  Each let is 1-3/4” wide x 2” long. That’s roughly the size of a credit card cut in half.

Note that the Mac Feet are identical to the Laptop Legs except that they are white to better match the style of some Macintosh computers. Please select the product that best suits your own color preference.

Heat reduction
By raising your laptop, air can circulate dissipating heat. This can extend your computer’s life expectancy. Your laptop’s batter will last longer, too, since the built-in fans will run less. Lower heat can even increase cpu performance.

Materials
The hard substrate of the Laptop Legs is Polycarbonate, a tough, dimensionally stable, UV inhibited thermoplastic that has the highest impact rating of any thermoplastic. It is resistant to repeated blows and shattering. The Laptop Legs can support a constant weight load of 15 lbs. Indefinitely and have been tested to fail at over 40 pounds weight load.

The soft non-skid elastomer rubber is made from the same rugged material as the handgrip for construction tools. It is also UV inhibited and will not delaminate from the polycarbonate substrate.

This combination of materials make the Lapotp Lets durable yet lightweight and rigid
