iPad Kick Stand

The iPad Kickstand is made of tough Polycarbonate plastic with a napped fabric cushion liner for non-scratch protection. It is designed to allow the Apple iPad to stand-alone in multiple incline positions in portrait and landscape modes.

It features an adjustable support leg that works like a kickstand on a bicycle. With a simple flip of the wrist, the iPad can be inclined on a desk or tabletop in landscape and portrait mode. To accommodate both the landscape and portrait modes, the adjustable support leg swivels 360 degrees and travels along a 3-3/4" track.

Aside from the incline positions it creates while sliding along the 3-3/4" track, it also has three incline angles that snap into place for great flexibility. The iPad Kickstand easily snaps on to any iPad protective cover, be it silicone or rigid plastic, but does not attach directly to the iPad itself. No matter which of the protective covers you use, the Kickstand snaps on tightly and securely.

Another interesting feature of the Kickstand is that its support leg can be used like a handle to hold the iPad with one hand while inputing with the other. And because the support leg rotates 360 degrees, you can adjust the iPad's orientation to best suit your viewing needs.

The Kickstand is not designed to take the place of an iPad Recliner but rather to be a traveling iPad stand when lightweight and portability are the requirements of the day. The Kickstand is black in color and measures 7-3/4" long by 4-1/8" wide.

Ordered it 9-26-10 got it 9-30-10 the stand is great. I have a silicone wave case attached and the stand fits without a problem. I keep the stand attached, but it easy to take off & put back on in seconds. Good slant and the kick stand turns 360 so you can view the iPad in portrait or landscape. Maureen T.
