Ergonomically-correct design evenly distributes weight of the laptop, creating a more stable work surface.  Non-skid surfaces on both sides of unit prevent laptop from slipping during use.  Features 5 different typing angles to reduce risk of Carpal Tunnel Syndrome.  Measures 10-5/8” x 11-1/16” x 5/8” folded and 20-3/8” x 11-1/16” x 1/4” unfolded. Weight is 14.6 ounces.

Head Reduction
Recessed channels dissipate heat away from the user’s legs fro hours of comfort during laptop use.  No more ”hot let”. A scientific study conducted by a team of university engineers concluded that the Laptop Desk reduces heat build-up in notebook computers by 15% to 20%. Reducing heat build-up can extend you computer’s life expectancy.

Materials
The hard substrate of the Laptop Desk is Polycarbonate, a tough, dimensionally stable, UV inhibited thermoplastic that has the highest impact rating of any thermoplastic.  It is resistant to repeated blows and shattering. This material is so strong that notched polycarbonate is virtually unbreakable.

The soft non-skid elastomer rubber is made from the same rugged material as the handgrip for construction tools.  It is also UV inhibited and will not delaminate from the polycarbonate substrate.

This combination of materials makes the Laptop Desk the most durable yet lightweight and rigid lap desk on the market today.
